At EMS Luxury Finds, we strive to offer beautiful items that are made to last. We understand that you want to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, returns have a significant impact on our team and on the planet. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review all product descriptions and images before making a purchase.

Returns

1. Requesting a return
   To request a return, please email us at info@emsluxuryfinds.com. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Return shipping costs
   Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed and are at your own expense.

3. Insured return shipment
   For your peace of mind, we kindly recommend returning your item insured and with track & trace. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Original packaging
   All items must be returned in their original packaging, carefully packed to ensure safe arrival.

5. Condition of the item
   Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were originally sent. Should an item show signs of use, wear, or damage, we reserve the right to decline a partial or full refund.

6. Return timeframe
   Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and shipped back promptly following approval.

7. Sourced items
   Sourced items, meaning items specifically sourced or purchased upon request, are not eligible for return.

8. Incorrect or non-conforming items
   In the unlikely event that you receive an item that differs from what was promised, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, via info@emsluxuryfinds.com, including clear photographic documentation and a detailed explanation.
   

9. Non-compliance
   If the above conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.
